Kalphna joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2015 and currently serves as the Programme Manager for iStudySmart and iWorkSmart as well as the Educational Technology (EdTech) Coordinator. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is a Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 and 2). In her roles, she leads the development and management of executive function programmes for older students and adults while also driving the integration of educational technology to enhance teaching and learning across the organisation.
Committed to empowering learners and educators alike, Kalphna conducts executive function workshops that equip participants with practical strategies to strengthen attention, organisation, planning and self-regulation. She is passionate about fostering inclusive and engaging learning experiences that build confidence, resilience and independence. Beyond her work at DAS, Kalphna has presented at the EduTech Conference Singapore (2019 and 2022) and Unite 2026, and has contributed articles to DAS publications, sharing best practices in educational technology, executive functioning, and inclusive education.
