All Programme Fees

DAS has kept our fees affordable for our parents over the years. This increase and update on fee structure are necessary for DAS to reduce the financial deficit caused by increasing operational costs as we strive to maintain quality programmes and services.

For Singaporean families who need financial assistance, bursaries ranging from 33% to 100% will continue to be available. Each year, DAS has to raise around over $2 million in donations to provide bursaries for needy students attending non-government-funded programmes and services, and the past pandemic year has been especially difficult for fundraising.

We have revised our fees to reflect the increase in GST from 8% to 9%.
All payments received on or after 1st January 2024, will be based on the revised table below:

MOE Subsidy

DAS Main Literacy Programme MOE-Aided [(MLP(MA)] is subsidised by the Ministry of Education (MOE).

Students are eligible for MOE subsidy for the MLP(MA) under the following conditions:

  • The student has a diagnosis of dyslexia and
  • The student is a Singapore Citizen and is attending an MOE Mainstream School* which qualifies for MOE subsidy for the MLP(MA), or 
  • The student is a Singapore PR/Foreigner but has one Singaporean parent. The student is attending an MOE Mainstream School*, which qualifies for MOE subsidy for the MLP(MA).

  • The student must maintain at least 75% attendance.
  • For Secondary students enrolling from 1 January 2026 onwards
    • Students who achieved Achievement Levels (AL) 1 to 5 in PSLE English Language at the Standard level will not be eligible for MOE subsidy for MLP(MA). These students may still enrol in the MLP under standard programme fees.

MOE subsidy will continue to be available for:

  • All primary school students
  • Secondary school students who achieved AL6 to AL8 in PSLE English Language (Standard level)
  • Secondary school students who took Foundation level PSLE English Language.
  • Secondary school students currently enrolled in the MLP-MA before 1 January 2026

Please note that DAS and MOE will conduct a review of the student’s progress before his/her 48, 72 and 96 months on the Main Literacy Programme to determine if he/she has reached specific achievement points to be eligible for continued MOE subsidy.

Standard Fees apply when:

  • Student is a Singapore Citizen but is not in an MOE school e.g. International school, Madrasahs, Specialised Independent Schools and home-schooling.
  • Student is a Singapore PR/Foreigner and both parents are Singapore PR/Foreigners.
  • Students do not require a formal diagnosis of a learning difference to access DAS Programmes and Services
  • Financial Assistance may be available to families from low-income families.  For more information see Financial Assistance

Modes of Payment: GIRO only

GIRO bank deductions are made in 2 instalments within a term. For example, $515.02 payments for a term will be deducted: $515.02/2 instalments = $257.51 per instalment. Each instalment is collected every 5th of the month.
