HANI ZOHRA MUHAMAD

Hani Zohra Muhamad is a Principal Educational Therapist and Educational Advisor, and serves as the Advisory Team Manager at the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS). She joined DAS in 2006 and brings extensive experience in supporting students with dyslexia and other co-occurring learning needs, as well as advising families and schools on appropriate intervention and support strategies.

In addition to her teaching and leadership responsibilities, Hani plays an active role in the training and mentoring of new Educational Therapists and provides guidance to colleagues working with students who present with complex learning and behavioural profiles.

Hani holds a Master’s Degree in Education (Special Education) from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NIE-NTU), a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management from the University of London, and a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (Dyslexia). She is a Fellow of the Register of Educational Therapists Asia (RETA).

In recognition of her contributions, Hani was honoured with the DAS Educational Therapist of the Year Award in 2017 and again in 2024.
