Roslan joined the organisation in February 2001. He received training in teaching and supporting students with dyslexia from Fellows of the Academy of Orton Gillingham Practitioners and Educators (US). Roslan has held several posts of responsibilities, from educational therapist to management level. He had also conducted various workshops locally and abroad including in Malaysia, Brunei and Hong Kong. Roslan is currently a dual specialist in Literacy and Numeracy. He also teaches a learning support programme (Workplace Numeracy and Literacy) to selected residents of the Singapore Boys Home.
