Rica joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2024 and is part of the Virtual Management Team. As a Student Service Associate, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes by supporting learning centres, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring every call and application gets the attention it deserves.
