Linda joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Linda has many years of teaching experience with young children with specific learning differences and provides intervention for learners with dyslexia in the DAS Main Literacy Programme. She firmly believes in the importance of employing a multi-sensory approach to teaching, utilising visual aids, auditory cues, and kinaesthetic activities to cater to diverse learning styles. This approach not only accommodates the specific challenges that dyslexic learners face but also creates an engaging and dynamic classroom atmosphere. One of Linda’s key strengths lies in her ability to establish meaningful connections with students, recognising the importance of building rapport to enhance the learning experience. By fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, she helps students overcome challenges and develop essential skills, empowering them to succeed both academically and personally.
