Yi Qing is a Senior Educational Therapist with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) and has been teaching students with dyslexia and other co-morbidities since 2018.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Nanyang Technological University and a Specialist Diploma in Educational Therapy from the DAS Academy. She also obtained her Post-Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs and Additional Learning Needs from the University of South Wales in 2020.
Not only is she passionate about helping students to overcome challenges with the English language, but she also recognises the importance of helping her students realize their individual potential and talents.
In addition, on top of specialising in the Main Literacy Programme (MLP), Yi Qing also dual specializes in teaching Science to primary school students with a diagnosis of dyslexia. She hopes to continue to enrich little creative minds to explore Science in a fun and meaningful way.
