KHARYATI MOHD KAMSANI

Yati joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) as a Junior Secretary in 1996. She has been with DAS since then and has grown in confidence, maturity and capability, taking increasing challenging roles over the years.

Yati provides governance and administrative support across DAS’s Board and management functions. As the main point of contact for Board and Committee members, she coordinates AGMs, EGMs, and Board and Committee meetings, ensuring clear communication, accurate records, and timely follow-up. She also supports the Chairman in staff-related communications.

Yati supports the CEO and senior management teams by managing schedules and preparing minutes for key meetings, including the General Management Team, Middle Management Team, and Education and Retention meetings. Her work helps ensure discussions are well-documented and that agreed actions are followed through, supporting smooth coordination across the organisation.

In addition, Yati has led the planning and delivery of DAS Staff Events since 2005, together with colleagues from the Eventurers team, creating well-organised and engaging events for staff.

Working closely with HR and Finance, Yati supports a range of people and operational processes, including all staff gatherings and awards, training administration, and logistics for staff travel and overseas conferences. Through these responsibilities, she contributes to effective coordination, strong governance practices, and a well-functioning organisation.

Yati has successfully carried out responsibilities in:

  • providing secretarial assistance to the CEO, COO and CFO
  • Acting as a Liaison Officer for the Board of Directors and the Senior Management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, SMA (2010)
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Management, Murdoch University (2017)
