11-year-old Wu Enhui, a student enrolling in the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS), uses painting to express her emotions, especially during challenging times. With DAS’s help, she has gained confidence in reading and writing. Wu participated in the “Bridge of 1000 Dreams” event, where children from DAS and other groups painted bamboo sticks to decorate Cavenagh Bridge. Wu’s artwork, featuring local landmarks like the Singapore Flyer, will be displayed from May 29 to July 20 as part of ‘iLight Singapore’. The event highlights DAS’s commitment to providing creative outlets and support for children with dyslexia.
