Adolescence is rarely easy. Between changing emotions, rising expectations and social pressures, parents may find it hard to understand what their child is going through especially when learning difficulties or ADHD come into play.

Organised in collaboration with Fei Yue Community Services, this lunchtime webinar will equip parents with practical tools to support their youth’s mental and emotional well-being. Gain insights into how learning differences affect emotions and behaviour, and learn simple ways to connect, listen and respond with empathy.

Whether you are a parent or caregiver of a teenager or young adult aged 12 to 25, this session offers meaningful strategies to strengthen your relationship and provide timely support when it matters most.
