Victor joined DAS in March 2014. He is currently the Senior Centre Manager overseeing Bishan & Yishun Learning Centres and also supports the operations in the SpLD Assessment Services Division.
Victor feels that true happiness comes from knowing that your actions & efforts, no matter how challenging have brought hope to those you serve.
There’s always another way. And that doesn’t make them bad or worse than other ways. Things are challenging now, sure, but they don’t have to be. Things are the way they are- it’s how you handle them that determines the outcome.
