Tan Lynlee Jae is a Lead Educational Psychologist at DAS SpLD Assessment Services, where she plays a key role in supervising Educational Psychologists, particularly those who have recently graduated with a Masters in Applied Psychology. Lynlee also trains new and senior Specialist Psychologists, conducts psychological assessments—especially complex cases—and lectures at DAS Academy. With decades of experience in working with children and youth, she brings invaluable insights to support the SAS team’s development and strategies.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Lynlee started her career as a Probation Officer with the Ministry of Community Development (MCD), working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her passion for supporting children with learning difficulties grew through her experiences, leading her to gain skills in counselling and teaching. After becoming a trained teacher, she pursued her Master’s in Educational Psychology, which led to her role at DAS. Lynlee has also worked with private hospitals and social service agencies, building a broad network to help identify needs and foster collaboration across various sectors.
