PRISCILLA REGINA CHAN YULING

Priscilla joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2019 and currently serves as an Educational Therapist at both the Henderson and Serangoon Learning Centres. She provides intervention under the Main Literacy Programme (MLP) for learners with dyslexia and other specific learning differences.

With over a decade of experience in the special education field since 2010, Priscilla brings with her a wealth of expertise. Prior to joining DAS, she worked as an Allied Educator (Learning and Behavioural Support) in MOE schools and as a Trained Teacher at Rainbow Centre – Yishun Park School. Her background equips her to support students with co-occurring challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other diverse learning needs.

Priscilla believes that education begins with deep respect for each child’s unique potential and aims to empower learners to become independent and self-directed. Guided by emotional attunement, she prioritises meaningful connections with her students and adopts a “connection over correction” approach. A passionate educator, Priscilla is committed to purposeful teaching and lifelong learning.

In recognition of her dedication, professionalism, and consistent performance, Priscilla was awarded the Quantitative Performance Award (QPA) for FY2020/2021 and FY2024/2025. She was also honoured with the Special CEO Commendation Award in 2025.
