LUMEN GRACE FLORES

Lumen joined DAS in April 2023 and currently serves as the Team Lead for the Virtual Management Team (VMT), which oversees key functions including customer service, the virtual counter center, and facilities management within a virtual setup. As the lead of a newly formed team, she quickly adapted to the role, embracing new challenges and continuously expanding her skills in a fast-paced environment. Lumen is committed to ensuring that every client, regardless of status, receives high-quality service and an excellent customer experience.
