Jia Ern joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2018 and currently serves as Director (Designate) of the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising (CNF) team.
With a background in branding, communications and design, she oversees DAS’s public messaging, digital strategy, donor engagement and media relations. Her work focuses on building a clear and trusted voice for the organisation, one that reflects the experiences of individuals who learn differently and the impact of the support around them.
Over the years, Jia Ern has shaped the organisation’s brand identity and engagement approach, strengthening DAS’s public presence and deepening connections with donors, partners and the wider community.
She believes that meaningful communication is grounded in clarity, consistency and trust, and that lasting support is built when people understand not just what the organisation does, but why it matters.
