Jia Ern joined DAS in 2018 and is currently the Manager of Publicity and Publications.
Driven by creativity and passion, she takes pride in designing the organisation’s message in the best possible way for its audience. Through it, she hopes to raise awareness and spark curiosity about dyslexia. As a Senior P&P Officer, Jia Ern has played a pivotal role in shaping the corporate brand through her design thinking. She also oversees the PR and media of the company, crafting key messages for the organisation. Jia Ern also analyses statistics, monitors marketing and audience trends, and develops strategies for campaigns. With her skills and insights, she helps to support her colleagues and clients in the long run.
In addition to her primary job functions, she was a recipient of the CEO Commendation Award, an award for going the extra mile.
