LIM CHAO THONG

Chao Thong joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore in February 2017 and currently leads the Customer Service Team (CS Team) within the Virtual Management Team. With over seven years of experience, Chao Thong plays a key role in overseeing a variety of customer service functions, including managing inquiries through the hotline, email, and website enquiry forms. He is dedicated to providing guidance and support to the team, sharing his extensive expertise whenever challenges arise.
