Noorhidaya joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore in June 2022 as an Educational Therapist (Flexi) at DAS Tampines Learning Centre. She conducts customised lessons in a group setting for students with dyslexia and other specific learning differences. She develops teaching methods and instructional materials that meet young learners’ varying needs, based on the Orton-Gillingham Principles and the most current MOE assessment guidelines.
