Chai joined DAS in August 2024, bringing a passion for supporting individuals with dyslexia and learning differences. In his role as a Virtual Management Team Student Services Associate (VMT SSA), Chai handles various administrative tasks in Woodlands and Yishun Learning Centre to provide essential assistance in a professional, warm, and supportive manner. Chai holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is multilingual, fluent in English, Malay, Thai, and Mandarin. Recently, Chai has focused on improving written communication strategies and enhancing parental engagement, making a significant impact on the effectiveness of support and services provided by DAS.
