Anita joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2025 as an Educational Therapist for the Main Literacy Programme, MLP. She specialises in supporting children with dyslexia and other specific learning differences. Anita graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from RMIT University (Australia) and has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is currently pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Educational Therapy with the DAS Academy.
Anita’s experience volunteering with children with special educational needs over the years has deepened her understanding of inclusive education and the importance of personalized, multisensory learning strategies. She hopes to bring a holistic approach to education, addressing both academic and emotional well-being.
