While good corporate governance is a significant factor in building an enduring and resilient business, a strong commitment to nurturing people within an organisation is also critical. The Dyslexia Association of Singapore continually provides opportunities for career progression and skills upgrading for our employees so that together, we can help more students with dyslexia achieve their potential. This commitment must be supported by long-term efforts to align key stakeholders including our board and staff to a common mission. Thorough succession planning also has to be put in place to ensure the transferring of shared goals to the next generation, regardless of emerging disruptions.
