For an educational services provider, Phase Two brings both complexity and potential. After moving our classes online due to the circuit breaker, the Dyslexia Association of Singapore now has two sets of clients: those who wish to return to our learning centres for classes and those who wish to stay with online teaching. It is quite complex to organise and conduct both types of classes. At the same time, the continued provision of online teaching means we can reach out to and support many more clients who have difficulty accessing our physical classes. This includes lower-income families who now have access to laptops and the internet due to kind donations by various organisations. We will continue to embrace evolving changes and work through challenges for the benefit of our students.
