DAY 17 – Music Soothes the Soul! #CircuitBreakerSG
Music can do wonders for your well-being, it can lift you up when you are down, it helps you to exercise to the right beat, we love to dance to it and it can help to calm us down and help to relieve stress. What would our lives be without music? Right now I am relying on music to keep me active and busy and help to lift my spirits while I am alone working from home.

The last one from Billie I tend to listen on repeat!! I do not have Spotify or iTunes accounts; I just rely on what YouTube serves up to me each day and a search on “8D Audio” gives me the most amazing list of songs to listen to! 8D works best with headphones on, so you can hear the music move around you. And now that I am alone at home working, I can sing my heart out and not worry about what others think, and this makes me happy. Mind you, my husband did think I was a better singer than I currently am, but as he can’t hear the melody, because I have my headphones on, he just hears my dulcet tones singing away using all the wrong lyrics! But I am having the time of my life singing!
So, join me on Saturday we are going to sing HOME for Singapore! What a goosebump moment! A chance to join in on such a momentous occasion. I will be singing – so please join me!
