When was the last time you checked in with your friends?  You might not be able to go and see them during this #CircuitBreakerSg, but you can call or chat and they might just need that familiar voice right now.

It doesn’t take an expert or professional to help a friend and listen to their needs and concerns.  During this tough time, it can affect everyone differently so be a good friend and check in with your mates!

So, when was the last time you asked your friend, “Are you ok?”

We just heard that the circuit breaker will be extended. It’s not good news for many of us. Let’s check in with someone today to see how they are coping amidst the negativity of all this.
