Mr David Ellison was appointed as a member on 23 May 2026. He is currently the Managing Director, Education Deals Advisory at PwC Singapore. With more than 30 years of international experience in the education sector, he has held senior leadership roles in education strategy, business transformation and organisational development. Prior to joining PwC Singapore, Mr Ellison served as Chief Executive Officer of The Learning Lab, Singapore. Earlier in his career, he spent almost 15 years with the British Council, including as Regional Director, English and Exams for East Asia.
