ZAFIRAH ABDUL RAMZAN

Zafirah Abdul Ramzan joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2015 and is currently the Programme Manager for iReaCH as well as a Senior Educational Therapist at the Jurong Point Learning Centre.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Western Australia and a Specialist Diploma in Educational Therapy from the DAS Academy. She has also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs (SEN) from the University of South Wales.

Zafirah provides targeted intervention for learners with dyslexia and those who learn differently, under the Main Literacy Programme (MLP) and iReaCH Programme. As a Curriculum Developer with the DAS English Language and Literacy (ELL) Division, she contributes to the planning, development, and creation of instructional resources tailored to the diverse learning needs of students who learn differently.

Prior to joining DAS, Zafirah worked with children with Autism and speech delays, conducting Applied Behaviour Analysis – Verbal Behaviour (ABA-VB) therapy. She is passionate about inclusive education and strives to support learners with different profiles in achieving their potential.
