Through a grassroots partnership between Sengkang GRC grassroots organisations and the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS), adviser to Sengkang GRC grassroots organisations Theodora Lai highlighted ongoing efforts to strengthen support for children with dyslexia in the community. DAS currently provides specialised literacy and learning support to about 630 students weekly, with additional temporary learning space secured to support growing demand while a new centre is being developed.
