Li Fang joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2025 as an Educational Therapist in the Preschool Programme, focusing on early intervention support for learners at risk of having dyslexia and other learning difficulties. She made a career switch from scientific research to preschool education in 2019 because she is passionate about working with young children and nurturing them according to their strengths and interests. She holds a Diploma with Merit in Early Childhood Care & Education by the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) and a Master of Science by the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS).
