Sarasvathi joined DAS in May 2012 as a Management Support Officer in the Corporate Services Division, supporting senior management. She is currently working as a Senior Central Administration Officer where she provides organisation-wide services including facilitating the “Chat with Management” sessions with DAS staff, generating reports and statistics for informed decision making and assisting with general administration matters. She is also the Project Coordinator for the Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) project.
Coming from the Banking industry, Sarasvathi had no knowledge of learning differences like dyslexia, however, after embarking on a career with DAS, her knowledge about learning differences has developed, and this enhanced knowledge has given her the ability to support the organisation better, especially when working on the IHL project.
