BELLA KHO

Bella Kho is a Senior Educational Therapist at Tampines Learning Centre (TPN) and she is also a Dual Specialist for the Chinese programme.  Bella joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore in 2015 and has been teaching students with dyslexia and other specific learning differences and comorbidities such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Bella believes strongly in holistic education and a child is able to perform his or her best when his or her social-emotional needs are healthily developed.

In 2012, Bella graduated with a Second Class Honours (UPPER) degree in Counselling from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She has completed her Specialist Diploma in Educational Therapy in May 2016 with the DAS Academy. She has also been awarded the Post Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs with the University of South Wales (USW) in August 2017.

In 2019, Bella completed her Certificate (Basic) in Oil Painting with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Singapore). She was also awarded the Certificate of Accomplishment in Introduction to Art Therapy in the same year after completing the course with the Academy of Human Development (Singapore). Following that in 2020, Bella attended The Art Immersion Course at LASALLE College of the Arts.

She is currently a member of the Register of Educational Therapists Asia (RETA).
