Andrea joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2021 and has been helping children with dyslexia and other specific learning differences on the Main Literacy Programme. Many of these children have comorbidities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other specific learning differences. Her firm yet warm and encouraging teaching strategy has helped many of her students achieve their behavioural and literacy goals. She strongly believes in teaching the way the child needs to learn and uses multi-sensory strategies in her class.
