Rebecca joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2014 and currently serves as Assistant Director (Staff Professional Development), Educational Advisor, and Lead Educational Therapist. In her role, she oversees professional development initiatives to build staff capability, while continuing to guide students in literacy and mathematics intervention.
Passionate about empowering both educators and learners, Rebecca also serves as an Assistant Head of DAS International, where she shares her experience with educators and parents. She believes that every child has potential, regardless of their challenges, and is committed to creating safe, supportive learning environments where students can thrive.
Rebecca holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from NTU-NIE, a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs, and a Specialist Diploma in Specific Learning Differences. She is trained in Primary Mathematics by the Marshall Cavendish Institute and is a Fellow of the Register of Educational Therapists Asia (RETA).
