Association for Reading and Writing in Asia (ARWA) Conference 2020

The second ARWA Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and experience with regard to:

  • Reviewing findings from recent and leading policy, practice and research on reading and writing;
  • Discussing current issues, concerns and prospects concerning policy-making, practice, research and development, internationally and with particular reference to the Asian regions;
  • Identifying research and development priorities in reading and writing from the perspective of different countries, institutions and education agencies; and
  • Exploring possibilities for collaborative activities.

The two-day conference will feature the following activities:

  • Keynote Sessions - a one-hour speech by invited speakers
  • Paper Presentation - 10-minute oral highlight; 3-4 papers for a one-hour session
  • Poster Presentation - requires the presence of author; poster size 900 x 1200 mm

BDA International Conference & EXPO 2021

UNITE SpLD Conference 2020

The UNITE SpLD Conference seeks to bring together parents, teachers and practitioners working with children with specific learning difficulties and special educational needs. This conference will be showcasing research that covers aspects of behavioural, literacy and social-emotional support, intervention and assessment for children with special learning needs. Come and listen to our SpLD experts share their research. The research will be presented short, engaging and entertaining sessions accompanied by poster presentations and the chance to talk directly with researchers who are making a difference in the Asian region.

IDA’s Annual International Conference

IDA’s Annual International Conference is the premier professional development conference dedicated to dyslexia.
