Members and Terms of Reference of DAS Committees:

The DAS Board of Directors for FY2024-2025 was re-elected during the Annual General Meeting on 21 September 2024. Our Board is made up of volunteers who give their time and expertise for the benefit of helping dyslexic people and those with specific learning differences. Except for the CEO who is an ex-officio board member, all members are not paid any remuneration or director’s fees. The Board and the committees oversee the Dyslexia Association of Singapore and its subsidiaries, DAS Academy Ltd and DAS International Services Ltd.

Finance and Investment Committee, Fundraising Committee, and Programme and Services Committee

Guillaume has more than 25 years of experience in the Tech, Financial Services and Government sector. Prior to joining KPMG as a Partner, he was the Head of Strategy at Mediacorp where he drove digital transformation, innovation and investments between 2012 and 2017. He was subsequently appointed Head of Social to manage social media and digital marketing activities. Prior to Mediacorp, Guillaume was a Partner with the strategy practice of Accenture, responsible for Telecom, Media and Tech strategy clients across Southeast Asia.

Over the years, he has developed deep digital and customer experience expertise across the APAC region. He has spent close to 30 years in Asia, living and working in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and China. Recognized as a thought leader in the tech industry, Guillaume is a regular speaker and writer. In particular, he wrote more than 20 articles and white papers on tech and innovation for various organizations and publications.

Mr Low was appointed as a member on 15 November 2023.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world mainly holding Finance leadership roles in major multinational organisations.  Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of a regional professional services firm operating in South-East Asia markets.
